What is your motivation/reason for applying?: * I've been in the community for a while and have a lot of knowledge of how the server works and the rules. Now that I have come back from my ban I've started to enjoy the server more and I would like to help out in any way I can. I have some extra time on my hands and I'd like to use my time to keep minges from affecting the roleplay environment. When I'm not on my characters I would have something to do. By being staff I would like to be able to experience a new part of the server and meet new people along the way.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: * I have a lot of knowledge about the server and have been playing for over a year now. I have a lot of experience being staff on other servers. I've been banned multiple times I have extensive knowledge of the rules. I can spot minges as I used to be one. I have a lot of free time which would allow me to take tickets and easily meet the weekly quota. I can deal with multiple people at a time under pressure.

(Please list where, what position and how long): (Senior Moderator, 3-4 months Atlas Uprising Police Roleplay, -Senior Moderator, 2-3 months (Atlas Uprising SCP Roleplay, ) -Senior Administrator 1-2 months (Nemesis Networks 1942 RP, ) -Administrator 3-4 months (United Alliance Police Roleplay) Gaminglight Moderator - 5 months
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why? Pendred globally banned me for posting a fake staff application when I was younger and a lot more immature, server wise my most recent ban was last year 2022-10-27 for lying to staff, and I have two more, 2022-10-19 Metagame using discord VC- 2022- 01-16 RDM, and punchminge
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: * I can't speak for anyone, but I try to be active in the discord a lot and try to assist new players when they load into the server. During my past firearms commissioner job I had the opportunity to meet known players. I had to fill out a lot of discord paperwork, vendor licenses required me to respond to people I'd never met in the game, and I created some new friendships thanks to the Firearms Commissioner job. I also am quite active in the Probationary officer job. On my known criminal characters, I'm an active recruiter and enjoy helping new players start their journey in organized crime.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?:Explain this to the on-duty staff members the situation and provide evidence.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Report to a higher-up about the situation, and provide anything I can to help prove the staff member abusing their perms.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: I will look at the situation and deal with it accordingly if it ends in a punishment to avoid being biased I can get another staff member to deal with the ticket. I couldn't care less if it affected our friendship.
