Never instigated a violent confrontation with pd he side stepped to the left and walked in front of my bike with no time to react. (Look at 2 seconds in the clip)

hey so im the staff member who carried out the pk and here is my take. you ran the cop over and had many chances to stop when talking to you to get more info to determine if it was valid you sent your clip which is this https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/...Q1MjYxNDcs which 1) the cop is saying your running him over. 2) you can see him on the left of your screen and 3) you deleted the part when you run him over. so with both clips i had determined that this was an valid pk.

The fact that everyother time a radio in on the vehicle has been issued and been on a chase instead of just shooting to kill first thing done. I don’t believe this should be a pk considering a few factors. 
Biggest factor he didn’t aim for the police he was leaving the area where he received his vehicle. Although yes motorists need to give the right away for pedestrians in public walk ways and ect. But in a parking lot where you exit the dealership there should be common sense implemented to an extent as well for both sides. 
another factor is he didn’t initiate the violence it was the shooter who took it to his hands to kill the man who accidentally hit a officer who was in the way of exiting traffic.

That Donny is in first person which is an abominable experience with a motorcycle, he can't even see that the officer is under his bike
The cop also clearly positions himself in front of it, you can see him shift to the left infront of the motorcycle while he is staring directly at the motorcycle:

Cop runs in front of vehicle, gets hit, then they kill the driver. . .

And just general behavior as a cop, you don't blindfire through bushes or even instigate a shootout like that just over a traffic incident. If they had told you to pull over and you didn't and *continued* to hit people then it may be warranted, but as it is this seems like pk hunting over minor shit

If you watch Donny's perspective, when he makes the right turn the officers body is exposed. Also its not like Donny had no idea that he hit a cop that's clear as day and there is no way he didnt know. The clip from Hamir more likely suggested that the cop was trying to step to avoid getting hit. I watched it many times because I was also confused about that step, honestly looks like he would've been hit regardless of moving. 

Respectively, why didn't Donny stop? Hamir didn't start shooting until 2 seconds later after the officer was hit by Donny. There was plenty of time for him to stop and not get shot. I have even done PKs on people who have ran cops over and others, and they are completely valid. 

I think the biggest question is why was Donny driving in circles around these cops in the first place? Were they attempting to detain him? Was he just having a chat with them? If they were attempting to detain him or question him, then him fleeing after hitting a cop makes all the more sense why this is a valid PK.

You, yourself admitted this to being a valid reason to kill. The issue being that your aren't fully aware of PKs that have occurred due to vehicle manslaughter. You said in the previous post "but it’s common knowledge in PD (and they actively say this to their recruits)- When someone is driving aggressively (speeding, driving in the opposite lane, operating the vehicle recklessly) then you chase, and attempt to arrest. HOWEVER, IF the person is driving dangerously (hitting people, damaging property, threatening life) then the officers have the right to defend the public and open fire. The officers did that here (which is fine) but it’s never been a PK offence so I don’t see why it would start now- unless Donny did something to deserve it like run over a cop while preventing a friend getting arrested with a felony, etc.". 

So your speculation on why it shouldn't be valid is based on the fact you think others haven't been PK'd for this. Seems a little unjust to say yeah its within the rules but its exempt, and then to say well wheres the rules that say its valid.

I personally think this appeal is in the air, I think the most important part is the context before Hamir's clip starts, which will determine whether its valid or not.
