Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I'm assuming the event that resulted in this ban is me stabbing a guy who was shooting at my friend. I'm also assuming whatever evidence for the ban he provided you only showed me killing him and not the leadup. I also recieved an LTAP for some reason, I was never pulled into a sit so I dont know what LTAP happened.

Why should you be unbanned? i feel a perma ban is extreme considering my account. I've played on this server for 2 years with no prior events or ban considerations. I come in here with the intent to create decent roleplay for people who otherwise would be standing around or minging. I've long been a member of one of the more proficient RP factions here, and its not because I commit RDM, it is because I enjoy this server and good RP.  I'd like to conversate further if provided an opportunity.

You're right. It was an accident. I didn't even know I was banned and opened gmod and joined on the wrong account, something I do often and have to switch accounts. I hadn't signed in with my Rio character yet since the ban as you will see , that's why I was unaware the original ban was 1 day. Obviously it detected that. In that case I apologize and I'd like to possibly appeal for a shorter ban. Like I said previously, I haven't had any issues as I very much enjoy the server and look only to create RP for the community. I'd appreciate the consideration.

I see that you have been playing on Diverge for a bit now. Which means you know the rules, you know alting is a no no. However you have not done all that much in terms of breaking the rules during your time with us. Let this go on record that after your 3 month ban, should you be caught doing anything that will result in a permanent ban again, there will be no more chances.
