Reason for PK: Shootout with the police

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?: Im not arguing the validity of the PK, it was definitely within reason. But per the pk rules it says "Using OOC terms over Mic, (Such as yelling "thats a pk, thats a pk!" After killing someone) may void the PK entirely. Remain in character at all times." after they had killed me, the cop that killed me WAITED for me outside the hospital AS SOON AS I HAD DIED to say "ayy buddies getting PKd today! yes sir!!" which CLEARLY breaks character and is breaking the aforementioned rule.

Hello I am the Admin who delt with this situation.

The Officer in the clip provided is not the officer who killed you, it was another officer completely. Although you are right speaking in that manner is not allowed.

even if thats so i dont see why that rule should exclude any other officers on the scene, especially considering he was DIRECTLY involved and im certain he had inflicted damage on me even if he wasnt the one who got the kill.

The "Using OOC terms over Mic" rule is about during a situation that was a bit after and after you had already respawned along with it not being the officer that killed you just a random other one, so it doesn't really apply here. Other than that there is no question at all that this is a valid PK you started shooting them so they killed you.
