Why should you be unbanned? : I got banned because my game crashed before I got pulled into a sit, which I wasn't even aware was going on. I shot a guy who was minging around me, stole my boombox while shooting in the air, then as soon as I tried following him he opened fire at me, so I killed him. Then I walked around for a little bit, then my game froze while I was in the car and I had to close it. As I was rejoining, I noticed I got banned for 2 days for RDM/LTAP. I consider this untrue and false considering the guy who reported me recieved a 30 day RDM ban about 10-15 minutes after I got banned.
