Reason for PK: Mugging Char

Why should you be unPK'd? What server rule or PK rule was violated?:
I was told that I had a mugging character so i either had to stop mugging people or i was going to get my character banned.
Following this sit, I returned back to my employer's work place and socialised with my colleagues for about 5-10 mins. 
I didn't mug anyone or do anything other than type in text. 
Then I saw my character get banned followed by a 1 day ban.
I dont understand why Lomac would put me in a sit and tell me to stop mugging or else I would get PK'd and then release me and PK me anyway 10 minutes later without warning or notice? 
I also dont believe my character is a mugging character. I was told I had 4 pages of mugging related stuff in 3 days but I do not only mug. I also sell M, stockpile M, sell guns and other such activities alongside mugging. Mugging is simply another income stream for me. I do not mug to be a minge but rather to get my money up.

You told me in the sit that I had 4 pages worth of muggings in 3 days and that I was to either stop mugging  or I would get my character banned. 
I then stopped all mugging activities and still got my character banned 10 mins later despite doing nothing but socialising with colleagues

Additionally, the server rules do not say anything about a mugging limit.
The server only has rules against having a character for only mugging which is not what my character was solely for (although i did do a lot of it) and mugging to be "PK Hungry." I did not once report a PK or anything of the sort.
I followed the mugging cooldowns and I was also doing other things other than mugging. 
A list includes:
Selling and Buying Firearms
Selling and stockpiling Meth (my factions racket) 
Selling/trading Christmas Items including coins, turkeys etc 
Selling Jewelery and other such custom items.
Buying/Selling Oil

I talked with lomac and we both agreed this was a mugging character. Your last character was also PKd 2 days ago for being a mugging char. There is no reason to have 4 pages of muggings in the 2 days the character has been alive.

Didnt target any faction in any way, I was just mugging to get money ( as a revenue stream).
The character was PK'd for dying in a police shootout (at least to my knowledge).

Like I said earlier, It is not a mugging character, I am simply just mugging alongside other activities to gain money. I do not use the character for solely mugging I also rp with the character.
