Why should you be unbanned? I did not mass RDM, or even RDM. I was in a cell, held by police, facing a life sentence when they decided to uncuff me without taking my weapons. I attempted to escape with force when I was shot and killed.

Hi, banning admin here-
You were banned for both MRDM, which I can see the argument to be made, as well as NITRP. You had made a ticket to commit suicide in the jail cell because you didn’t want to sign the plea deal and were engaging in some mingle like behavior in the cells. Your decision to pull out your bat and attack the officers coupled with your behavior that I observed while you were in custody showed me you had little interest in any serious or creative RP.

Just because I tried to break out when given the opportunity does not mean I had "little interest in any serious or creative RP." The RP was legitimate and justified for my situation. Am I not allowed to attempt to escape after they took off my cuffs? It was the officer's mistake to uncuff me and not remove my weapons. I got revenge on the Cadet that arrested me, and nearly escaped. 

This was not RDM and was well within RP. The PK is valid, but I never should have been banned.

In this scenario you were given the change to try to break out by the cop who uncuffed you, that is on them. I agree that this may be stemming from minge type RP but the scenario was RP that is allowed on the server. I have also lifted your PK on this char, as the clip does have the Officer stating "Well thats a pk" at the end of the clip, and that invalidates a PK according to rules.

The ban will be lifted from your account shortly.
