i was just trying to have a character get pkd so i can have room for a second. i dropped drugs in the shooting range but i didnt know the gunstore was owned by snyone, i thought it was just another store. i didnt mean to cause anything

How would dropping drugs in someone elses property get you pked? If you wanted to make another character you should've just deleted the character. Also, I never told you what the powergaming claim was regarding, because you were offline at the time that I banned you. Which means that you know what you did was powergaming, because you were able to identify the situation without asking. Sad !
