Reason for appeal (dispute): My reason for this dispute is because the members of the SOS were  continuously harassing bonanno members on the property line of club and the sidewalk connecting to their business, we warned them multiple times to step off from the alleyway and go back in front of their business, they backed into the sidewalk further but still in front of the alley way  and we warned them again they then proceed to go into the parking lot  still directly in front of the alley entrance and made no effort to return to their business as told and they did this with guns out and continue  harassing members talking about a member of the family that recently died (rocco). Members of bonannos ONCE again warned them to stop harassing and go about their day they refused and we open fire after a direct warning.  

However before opening fire a member of bonannos reconfirmed with the  banning admin that we were allowed to open fire after giving multiple warnings to step away or off from a property and that included harassment from a distance even if it was public property.  

https://prnt.sc/QkN32Yp_-Cg1 In this following screenshot it states THAT YOU MUST give reasonable time and multiple warnings in a short span of time WILL NOT SUFFICE, however the admin stated that it was rdm because the warnings were "to far apart"  and in public. but as I said multiple warnings in a short span IS NOT SUFFICIENT to kill for loitering. This situation with these people in swat uniforms had been going on around  5 minutes and were not in front of their property the entire time despite the admin saying he seen multiple clips from their side and doesn't need to see mine and banned me without allowing or asking me for proof that they were there longer then 2 mins as that's "too far apart" for warnings. 

The admin claimed that they were in front of their business at time of killing however they were in the parking lot directly in front of alley , then the admin switched to saying  we killed them  in the parking lot DIRECTLY in front of our alleyway but because it's "public" property were still not allowed to make them go away because its "next to their business"  Our business are directly next to each other, if I went to their fucking pharmacy and wouldn't leave, they can tell me to fuck off if I'm standing directly in front of the entrance on a public way???? 

In the 14 second clip they are clearly asked to leave kindly, in which they follow it up with "we don't have to leave were not near your property" HOWEVER you can clearly see them standing right in front of the alleyway harassing and exchanging words with guards. In one of the admin sit clips, viro states THEY WERE in front of their own business which is clearly not fucking true.

Why should you be unbanned? I believe this is NOT rdm, and that the people in the riot gear were clearly breaking the baiting rule and we were well within our rights to open fire after clear evidence has been presented of them being warned   to step away from the property, them being DIRECTLY in front of the alleyway with weapons out and NOT inside their own business entire time, it's clearly a false claim from the reporter that the only warning they got was when they were being gunned down but my clip shows them being warned and them saying they dont't need to go anywhere due to "public" property  in 2 separate clips.

This would be entirely different if they were simply accessing their business going about their way we obviously can't prevent them from being near their business  but it's obvious here they were not using or accessing their property THEY were directly at the property line and provoking an confrontation.

You happened to cut out the sections where you were constantly yelling over me as I tried to talk to you about the situation. Secondly, you don't show a single clip of the actual kills (https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/...ypass=true), and with this you can clearly see no one is motioning, gesturing, saying, or in anyway making attempts to deescalate or ask people to move away.

Thirdly,

Killing Rule 2) You may not kill someone or escalate a confrontation to murder just for verbal disrespect/argument.
-However if someone continues to disrespect you, you may physically intimidate or hit them. (Fists, melee weapon) As continued disrespect could realistically start a fight. The user then has free choice on how to respond/retaliate. If they choose to flee you may not kill them.

There is literally a clip that shows them ADMITTING they will not move from where they are because "it's public property" and it shows them at the fucking alleyway and perhaps you don't realize but the loitering rule does apply to public property, its counts if they are harassing, following or making threats.  You said in the sit they were actively accessing their business which my clips shows them clearly agitating, making a confrontation which is against the baiting rules and they were LOITERING at OUR property line NOT IN THEIR BUSINESS. https://prnt.sc/OB02v2sDacy7

The banning admin is correct is his initial assessment, at least for the clip provided there was no significant prior warning or warnings, plural, before the actual killing itself, while other clips you provide show one or two possible requests for the persons to disengage it shows them at different positions and parts of the property, (which by the final cut of the video can demonstrate that they did move away) that couple'd with the fact that many of the clips you provide are cut very short, usually being less than 5 seconds, it doesn't help paint your position as favourable.

However, there is a clear level of instigation here from the persons engaged in harassment on what are more than likely alternate characters, while this in essence can be a part of an aspect of roleplay, to harass people on alternate characters and then hide behind the rules when action is taken can be seen as a bit lowly.

As such I feel it most fair to reduce your ban. While the killing is technically RDM it is only in technical violation by warnings and is in most cases understandable to the level of baiting occuring.
