Why should you be unbanned?: I fundamentally don't understand what actions I took to deserve this ban. My full actions prior to the ban were getting arrested for reckless driving and resisting arrest, then sitting in a cell while my lawyer negotiated with the cops. When we couldn't come to a plea, I told my lawyer lets go to trial-- the cops moved me to a different cell, put me in pen faction, and said see you later at your trial. The RP was over and I logged off cause it was like 9-10 pm and I wanted to go to bed. Me logging off is the only thing I can think brought on this ban because there was no staff intervention during the entire duration of the roleplay so I don't think it was any of my in game actions, but if it was that'd be LTARP so I don't understand this ban. None of my actions last night broke any server rules, I spent most of the night just driving around.

So what I was told is you refused to give the officer your Pager (discord) information there for you knew there was no way you could of went to court. You got off the game before the RP was over by the cop bc he has to get your pager. If anything I can lower this to LTARP which is a 1 day ban which your time should be served.

I didn't refuse to give the officer my discord because he never at any point asked. This wasn't a short process, I really wanted to plead but he wouldn't drop a felony charge in the deal so we went back and forth with my lawyer negotiating with him before we gave up and decided to go to trial. He put me in a cell, word for word said see you later, locked the door and walked away. I thought RP was over and that the court trial details would all be handled between them and my lawyer, I didn't know I had to give him my discord. He never at any point asked and this is my first time ever going to trial. I think my ban deserves to be vacated in its entirety, I don't want this on my record when I didn't do anything wrong. At most, the officer fucked up. He could've asked at any point for the like half hour I was in a holding cell.
