Just a quick note for everyone we know how the old A.T.F on Diverge was mingy and inactive. That's why we promise activity and professionalism. We only handpick people and we have plenty of experience in investigations and laws. You don't know what the a.t.f is? Here's a little FAQ for you guys

+1 I love the concept of a DEA-like faction. I believe the PD already tried something like this, but I believe this faction is far more organized. Great intentions and amazing application, don’t let us down like the old ATF.

What can you provide differently that the current Federal Agency Faction (FBI) Doesn't? Why she we add another LEO faction that could potentially just stretch the number of members out in the existing ones.

The FBI has a past of planting evidence and corruption, we, however, would be more active, professional, honest, and efficient, we consist of experienced detectives
I was a detective grade II and my deputy director is a lieutenant of detectives on another character, we would conduct investigations into the weapons trafficking and track down the suppliers and make arrests, same with molotovs, adding an illegal cigar racket would be cool too for us to deal with

The A.T.F should be added as another LEO faction because it won't just stretch the number of members our the existing it will also bring other people from the server we have been at. So the server can befit from and our faction which will make us very active

If it turns out to be mingey, or useless, there should be no hesitation for removal

Slight +1. While the A.T.F of the past was mismanaged, thrown off to another group of individuals, and eventually got removed without ever taking flight it might be good to give a different set of leaders to take it from the ashes. Of course, the LEO scene is dominated by the PD/FBI, and it might muddle the waters by adding another one this could be a possible introduction point for more legalRP surrounding gun distribution.

What would be the point?

It'd be unnecessary to have another law enforcement faction and would undermining the current ones. The more LEO factions that exist the more it subsequently drains the police department of its activity and manpower, that matters the most as they ensure the dynamic of legal and illegal roleplay is kept.

Thanks for checking out the application and we agree that the old A.T.F was just minge and inactive that's why we would like to remake A.T.F and make more active professional and respectful as it should be as a federal agency

Thanks for checking out the application. We want to assure you that the ashes that are left are still hope with the way we are gonna run the A.T.F we are gonna be a respect faction again with activity and professionalism. About the part where FBI and PD would be dominated that's wrong because only handpick so not a massive amount would be taken and as we said in the app we will bring other members from other servers too which benefits the server

Thanks for checking the application and giving us feedback. We would like to say that our role is not underperforming our fellow LEO agencies but to help the server and at the same time have an active agency we will be doing that by bringing members from other communities. Also, the A.T.F is needed because it can bring more law RP and investigates different things from other agencies so more criminal RP
