Why should you be unPK'd?: Well, playing accurately by the rules Dying in a PK situation is not a reason to be PKed unless it is when you are shooting at a cop, in the evidence that will be provided below it will clearly show that this was no Riot but was all staged to kill me. In the video below I would like you to goto exactly 4 minutes in. Remember the federal official there with the suppressor on his gun. Another reason to appeal this is below in the Evidence Sudo will say "Witness". This witness claim is absurd. Please let me know if you could get a PK approved if you only witnessed it, if you can please DM me at Michael Mikvik#1443 and tell me your secrets. The logs below will show Elijah Colibri who has been confirmed by Pendred as a fed killed me which is against the rules because he clearly killed me with intent in this video. In conclusion, it is all the proof below that solidifies one fact, this PK is not right the reasoning and the execution is wrong and there is no dispute against my words that will hold, the truth is if Sudo was not there it would have never gotten approved and is also an unrealistic event. This was no regular "PK Event" like a riot it was clearly known something of this magnitude would happen. Another point is the fed that killed me got killed and he has not been PKed since, this should be clear evidence that this was obviously biased to myself. He also originally said it was "Hitman RP" which got voided by himself but then he came up with another bad decision. The screenshots below it will show the uncertainty of Sudo in DMs and how he clearly hunts for all the reasons in the world to PK me. All of you have a good day.

I would like to add to this situation, that I was the one that killed the Federal Agent that killed Mr. Latareze, he was gunned down by me, yet Mr. Latareze got PK'd but not the Federal Agent that committed such an act, as well the major evidence used in this case was OOC discord DMs which was allowed by Sudo, which makes no sense due to the fact why would you violate your own rules that states that discord DMs are always OOC. The whole situation was a disgrace to the Gamemaster Team as this event violated the rules in many aspects. This situation if you look closely at it looks like the entirety of the Federal Bureau Investigation was involved, which is not allowed in server rules. It is also stated that he was a "hitman" yet I don't see Sudo confirming a storyline nor reason if this person got hired for a contract which was not provided in the PK logs just stated as "witnessed" I feel like there is more going on here then we see.

Edit: I also think that there was no breach, to begin with just a false thing to distract everyone when the FBI executed Mr. Latareze, in a corrupt act which is prohibited by server rules, FBI Leadership should be overlooked to this incident as the said FBI Agent is favored by the FBI Director himself, as well is actually High Command in the FBI itself.

Whilst in court regarding the case against Michael Mikvik's recent arrest which revolves around him threatening a government official, upon the near ending of the case the peaceful protest that was occurring outside became hostile leading to orchestrated attack supposedly planned by him, following this a corrupt Federal Agent took it upon himself, whilst also in a PK active area to kill off the character to ensure his escape was stopped.

This proves that the Federal Agent partook and completed his main intention of killing Michael Mikvik whilst also being PKed himself.

Following the idea that this was planned and setup by Law Enforcement as a "Code Black" situation, having the Police Department locked down and having strict procedures in place that ensures that it is a designated area of serious roleplay with minimal staff intervention when it comes to the outcome.

Rule 6 states that they are meant to be a non-corrupt position due to their intensive training and dedicated, this means that are not permanently and/or restricted when it comes to indulging in corruption acts, it is simply just not as easily for Federal Agent to partake in corrupt acts like standard Police Officers.

Onto Fitz' response, the character ID of the FBI Agent is, 13006, and the command;

Can you prove that he orchestrated the attack?, because I don't hear his discord on his own end of his own video. Key word "supposedly" which means you don't have a confirmation that it was him that planned a jailbreak, therefore if you can't confirm it the pk wouldn't really be valid, because people acting on their own terms shouldn't result into other player getting pk'd, if he was involved of getting people to break him out we would've seen way more firepower the what happened in that situation, which I hear no gunshots when the PD was supposedly being breached.

As I had to quickly act on the situation and return from being AFK, I was under the impression and had the idea that what was being said in-game upon your death is what happened, which obviously was proven wrong, Upon receiving your point of view on the situation I further looked into the whole building up of and end result of the situation, at first, yes, I was looking to void the situation due to what I believed was miscommunication from one party but after confirming, speaking and understanding the prior setup and each aspect of the event that occurred inside and outside of the court room I deemed the situation in my opinion valid to a certain extent.

Also add on to what sudo said the PD was getting shot up at all time’s and we ran up to the stand like three times during the whole case. All officers on at the time can back that they all got shot like 8 times.

To be honest, killing off a really important member of the server shouldn't rely on just one person to decide, it should have had other Server Leadership present to have a 2nd view on the situation and give their feedback.

If you would like me to get technical, I can outline specific key points of view in an OOC and RP standpoint which validated the action of the corrupt FBI agent.

OOC:
- Seeing several Bonanno Crime Family characters legitimately start setting up on the roof stops across from the NYPD and firing upon the Police Station.
- Having the understanding and previous experience with court processes were non-minge riots have occurred and lead to the defendant escaping. 

In-Character:
- With the idea and previous experience like stated above, the FBI Agent who committed to corrupt act, knowing how the PD can be easily overran which at the point in time it was.
- Without meta-gaming and using external sources which would obviously have been through a discord dm and/or voice call, the FBI Agent made his own decision with no influence in that exact time.

When these four statements/views on the situation are put together you can obviously see my point of you on how this is a possible orchestrated attack on the behalf of the Michael Latareze character.
