Reason for PK: "Shot at police."

Why should you be unPK'd?:

-I was shooting an individual who had intention of taking my life.
Before the clip, in Little Italy, there were minges running around stealing cars and driving around and running people over, one was an ambulance and another in a police vehicle. I along with another person had chased them to where the arresting officers were and opened fire. One of the individuals managed to get into a police car and attempted to run me down with it, however they missed and his a post (you can see how they missed in my POV)

- The Cops engaged without any attempt to arrest me.
The two arresting officers had seen me across the street facing the car while reloading my firearm, in which they opened fire on me without attempting to tase or use another method to take me in non lethally.

- I was not actively engaging police before the confrontation.
I and the other individual who was with me were opening fire on the people who just ran over some friends from our group. I had no intention of hitting the officer in the crossfire, I was simply trying to defend both myself and my friends.

- The cops shoot a man from behind without saying a word, completely breaking their SOP.

- Overall its clear I had no intention to engage the Officer(s), I was attempting to stop the two from stealing the police car. I even ask why are they engaging me in the 32 second clip, and they don't respond, or give orders to surrender.

After an issue with a logs function has come to my attention, and I have further reviewed the time that the incident occurred I've come to the conclusion that something must've broken or not been properly recorded. In the video from Jake O'Malley's point of view, you can clearly see his fellow officer get shot down by someone, and after checking logs post-ticket it seemed to be you. However, upon further investigation, it seems the damage logs from you shooting the officer are during their confrontation with you as can be shown by the logs of you being blasted by a shotgun a mere second later. My initial decision had been made by their positioning and the logs. Your assisting video shows the aftermath, incidents after the officer had already been shot down which is why I said they weren't helpful.

This leaves the confirmation that you actually shot them inconclusive, my apologies for PKing you and possibly halting any development of your character.
