What is your motivation/reason for applying?: I have been playing on this server for a bit and genuinely think it is the highest quality server, hands-down. However, as of recently I, and many others on the server I have talked to, wish for more events, activities, or other ideas to enjoy and have fun, as we feel that it is somewhat lacking on the hours we play on. I am motivated and willing to fulfill this role for the community, as well to try and be online as much as possible, so that the community has someone to assist them for anything they might need, if no-one else is on. Another reason I feel like I could do this is because I have reasonable experience with Nutscript and have staffed on other servers in the past. I would love to stay involved will help in any way I can.
Why should you be considered over other candidates?: I feel I bring more to the table than others that think they are capable (no offense to anyone), and I am passionate for the server in a way as to be helpful for staff/players. As to maintain the quality of moderation high, so to keep a good player base, and reputation. And since I have played mafiarp for a hot minute, I have heard of complaints of staff treating others maybe in an unfair, or biased way, and overall not staying true to be completely fair to any, and all players, weather it be a new, or experienced member. I will get input from any involved, and not become lazy, but keeping fairness and equality as the first priority. Additionally, making sure anything gets done with good intent, even if that means spend extended periods of time trying to fix them.
Do you have any previous staffing experience? (Please list where, what position and how long): Yes. an old milRP server called Army.net - WW3, started by my best friend I'd say a year ago.
Have you been banned before on any of our servers? If so, why?: No I do not believe so.
Would you say that you are well known in our community, what's your reputation, what do other members think of you?: I am known on the server as a fisherman because I work for Tackle Treasures Fishing over by the docks. I am probably semi-known and respected, some might know me from my striking black and red suit, and the flat cap I wear.
Have any staff members recommended you? If so, list their names: Id hope so but none that I know of.

Someone RDMs and you are currently off-duty. How do you handle this?: I would switch chars, then make a sit and proceed to sentence the troublemaker to his punishment.
You have seen a fellow staff member of higher or equal rank than you abusing fairly often, but never doing anything too noticeable. What do you do?: Record what they have been doing, and then send it to higher ups.
A very good friend of yours joins the server. Over the course of an hour, you’ve received multiple complaints about them not following rules, RDM’ing, and minging. How do you proceed knowing this can affect your friendship with them?: NOT be biased because they are your friend, but treat them like they are anyone else. Depending on what they did, shoot them the proper time for the crime.
