Reason for ban: LTARP

Length of ban:  12 hours

Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): got in a car chase with a cop he got out his vehicle (btw during the whole car chase my game kept freezing and kept looping sounds) after he got out his vehicle I ran him the fuck over like full on crushed that mf even heard the "ARRGH" sound effect, hopped out the car, froze and the sound started looping again, then it stopped and my game just disapeared.

Why should you be unbanned? well like I said I crashed which is something I dont have control over. He also died in the scene, in what world would I ltap if the cop chasing me got crushed. and if you ask why i didnt came back, well he died so I wasnt about to come back in game, decide to something more productive.

Additional Information (images, videos, etc): I wish I would of saved the clip but the 5 minutes have passed. ask the cop that I murdered.

Hello Manuel Antonio, The reason you were banned for LTARP is because you left the server to avoid being arrested by the cop which is backed up by the video and the logs which say "Disconnected by user".In this video you can clearly see that the cop only got knocked out therefore did not die during the situation and that he got back up aimed his gun at you and tried to arrest you at which point you left the server and did not return within a 10 minute time frame.

1. The first second u get our ur char u cant see shit and you cant turn around, right after that instance my game froze then crashed
2. From my point of view I completly ram the fuck out of him (check the video) so to my knowledge mf was dead, which like I said in my appeal explains why I didnt join, because why df would I join after killing a cop who was chasing me, the rp is over, I was about to get out, change clothes walk to bank do some stuff then log out. If you want the real reason I have a biodiesel project to submit tommorow so I decided to work on that. What I mean by this is that the argument of "well he didnt actually die" is invalid because like I said from my point of view he got his sent to 2d.
3. close to what i said to the 2nd point, the argument of "he was arresting you" is also invalid because like I said to my knowledge he was no longer in this world, if you say "in the clip you look at him", which I assume u thought about it when writing this reply, I was frozen and all I saw was the second instance after getting out of my car (again, I didnt see him get up). I was 100% he was dead

I dont think you understood my answer, like I said, when you get out of a vehicle you cant turn your head around, meaning thatI couldnt look around for like a sec, meaning that I couldnt see if he was alive, if i did I would join back. Something else I dont think you understood is in Garry's Mod when you freeze you still move in game, which explains my movement. And it really does matter that I rammed him, because if I didnt I would have no choice to come back, since he would be alive and the rp would still be going, if I didnt then it would be LTARP even if I crashed. Also, I didnt see the officer because like I said, I froze, and the game sounds started to loop, then I crashed.

edit: what I mean by "it would be LTARP even if i crashed" is that even if I crashed to staffs eyes it would be ltarp, so I would join back instantly to avoid getting banned, but in my sceneraion i THOUGHT he was dead so I saw no point in coming back and decide to resume other activities.

#1, during this instance, its what I was telling you, when you get out a car you cant move ur head for some reason, during that trajectory thats what happend, I couldnt see him cus i couldnt turn my head.
#2, during that instance, I follow a straight path, during that time I remember being frozen, with the sound looping.

LTARP bans are typically at least 1 day, so for this to be 12 hours is pretty light.
From what I see in the video, it oddly looks like a disconnect as you stopped moving for 1 second and disappear.
While there is no definitive way to show that you crashed, you did not give an effort to join back.
I understand that you thought you killed the officer, but it seems as you got out of the vehicle and saw him and then 'crashed'.
I apologize if you truly did crash, but there is no way to show that you did, and it more or less seems as you disconnected.

We have determined this ban to be reasonable and/or justified.
