Why should you be unbanned? I was overwhelmed by minge white shirts that kept punching me and killing me. So I shot them when they died and kept running at me. The guy I killed and got banned for, ran at me in my store after asking all the whiteshirts to leave and I shot him for not complying.

Additional Information (images, videos, etc): Friend of mine has clips of them breaking NLR and mingeing.

I banned you for killing white shirts for breaking NLR and the person who called for an admin had no knowledge of you asking all the white shirts to leave and walked in because it was a public business and you shot him on the basis of him being a white shirt and probably related to the other white shirts who were breaking NLR. This ban is justified in my eyes since you were killing people who were not related to the situation at all and were just mere bystanders.

if hes in his place being punched by whiteshirts and he sees another whiteshirt standing with them he's gonna shoot the whiteshirt is he not?

I don't know who you are but thats exactly my point. Isen, you went purely of the whiteshirts word, even though you were not present for the situation so you don't fully understand the circumstance. For a person that has no bans on record (myself) with over 2w playtime on the server vs a totally new player with little to no RP experience, it seems a little wierd that you wouldn't consider my opinon more.

Not only that but I was banned for 1 "RDM" yet you say that I was shooting whiteshirts on sight.

The reply to the ban was slightly unclearly. I asked the staff member to clarify in DMs and have discussed this in length with Vice in DMs.

Vice accepts that he did in fact kill an unrelated whiteshirt during his confusion. This of course would be an unintentional RDM and that paired with a nearly clean record would allow me to dramatically reduce the length of this ban.
