Reason for PK: Lawsuit

Why should you be unPK'd?: The lawsuit didn't happen because Rem said that the lawsuit can happen, but without consequence, unless the man who was raging got unbanned. Then I said I would stop pursuing because I would've lost the lawsuit anyways. In fact the man got exiled, and after that, I stopped playing for around a week because I just didn't want to rp as lawyer. Aside that, bout to be my birthday in 11 days XD irony that it's 9/11, and in 11 days it's my birthday XD, but I tried to convince Rem to reverse the ban by 1v1ing in league, if he won, he could perma ban me, but if I won, he unbans the dude. I lost, and I thought I was ganna get banned, he said he wouldn't perm ban me. Hes a great guy!
TLDR;
The lawsuit was OOC because my client got permanently banned for raging at people, and I didn't pursue the lawsuit anymore and stopped playing for a week. Even if I did, it wouldn't have any consequence. (For RP sake)

ALMOST FORGOT TO STATE, Pendred said he didn't give the money to financial bay at the time of the ban or even give the money at all. (I don't have evidence cause I don't have access to ticket)

So I'm just thinking that Pendred also acknowledges that it's ooc. idk, ask him hes always busy XD

Wait Rem, I didn't cause any harm actually,
"Seriously financially harmed yourself or another member of your gang (Ex. Harm in a financial, or physical way, there has to be tangible damages, +7,500$)"
I didn't actually harm them. XD The rules says, "Harmed" doesn't say would harm, or could've harmed

Since im Chief Judge, let me clarify something.

All lawsuits are IC, even if the person was banned, not only that you also attempted to continue the lawsuit even after your client was banned.

And please keep the double standards, if I cannot sue financial bay, then they cannot kill me. Especially when the rules specifically states, "harmed"

These were taken from the Ticket in the UCS Discord, that you made about some objection thing that lead into a conversation about your lawsuit. You attempted to continue the lawsuit after the 27th.

No, let me correct you for a second, I said I wanted the dude to be unbanned. And Rem specifically said RP, but no consequences. Please don't take it out of context. Got any messages during august 30? Or Are you going to nick pick every little text i've made. You werent even involve in the matter, nor did you even show me the screen shots that rem said.
