Reason for PK: i broke fear rp while i was getting mugged. 

Why should you be unPK'd?: i was getting mugged next to an NPC and rule number 3 states that "You may NOT mug in front of NPCs as they are considered witnesses in rp. You may not bypass this rule by attempting to 'pull them away under fearrp' in front of an NPC. I broke fear rp because of the fact that i knew that i cant get mugged next to a NPC. There for the situation should have been voided.

Hello, hello!

I am ayo, the administrator who permanent-killed your character. In the PK guidelines (https://divergenet.works/forums/showthread.php?tid=4) it states "Acting recklessly can cost you your life and result in a PK. This includes, in some circumstances, not valuing your life (breaking FearRP), Intentionally committing suicide or intentionally putting yourself at risk.". Now in the clip, as shown in your appeal, you can see your character being held at gun point by a player. The player, after having put you under gun point, if giving you clear demands that lie under fearRP. Whilst under fearRP you draw the gun off you back and begin combat with the player, sprinting off and attempting to flee the alley. After you broke fearRP and your character was shot unconscious you left to avoid roleplay, shown in the log below. After LTAPing you then told me in the sit you crashed, I checked the log and it showed you disconnected by player.

In conclusion I believe the PK should stand regardless, you chose to break fearRP which resulted in the death of your character. If you believe something if wrong and someone is violating the rules you stop roleplay and call an admin, you don't continue the roleplay or even engage combat. No staff tickets were made by you after or during the mugging, so I can't really go with the reason that there was something wrong with the mugging, as firstly the NPC was around the corner and out of view from what I can see in the view, and you still hose to continue roleplay and broke fearp/enaged a player.
