Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I feel as if it was un fair but at the same time fair, because The guy was mingeing and I guess called an admin on me for no reason . i was tired and slurring my words but at the same time the guy was threatening to leave and i was just done at that point. the guy was mingeing and had no intent to roleplay it . when he left the cell i just said fuck it and shot him 

Why should you be unbanned? i feel like i shouldn't have killed him and I'm sorry, but at the same time he was a minge and had no intent to roleplay

A player minging =/= Justification for RDM

The player was trying to escape custody, there was no reason for you to shoot him. You can not say 'this player is not roleplaying i am going to kill him because of it.' you're not an administrator you do not enforce the rules.

Hello Lua, in this circumstance the Administrator is correct. If someone is breaking the rules we advise you to call staff or record the situation. We only understand or allow direct confrontation if they put the physical safety of other users at risk (in roleplay).
