Reason for PK: dying in a shootout with police.

Why should you be unPK'd?:

to begin with, the cops were in an unmarked car. They rammed me, then two minutes later, I rammed them back (petty, I know). Then they followed me in a CIVILIAN CAR and I had no way of knowing they were police. They kept ramming me. Then, they crashed into me, shot at me, I shot back, I was dead. I was then PK'd. I feel I should be unPK'd since they were in a CIVILIAN CAR doing pit maneuvers. They then start immediately shooting at me when I got out of the car, so I was just defending myself.

If possible please provide video evidence or photo evidence if PK does not follow the guidelines: no, i dont really care that much. just was working on a big case (as this character is FBI) kind of sucks to have days worth of effort flushed down the drain because cops are in unmarked cars getting into a ram contest.

Even with the 2 minutes of video context before the incident even happened, and the fact they were being watched PRIOR to that by Canadian, AND the fact there is no damage logs prior to the incident they apparently "rammed you first." (Of which there is no proof of, neither in logs or video evidence.)

On top of this, you were told to pull over and you did not, you then pulled out a gun when forced to a stop. I don't know why you try.

Hi Fred Rose,

The situation itself is pretty clear cut. Your claims that they were ramming you lack any real basis or ground. The video provided by one of the Officers show nearly a minute+ of context where himself and 3 other Officers/Cadets were driving around in an undercover vehicle. Not to mention I myself was in no clip following these officers as I wanted to Monitor the activity and behaviour of the new Cadets, as sometimes new players can be Mingey. I observed them easily for 4+ minutes with varying levels of attention. It's not an exaggeration to say that they were driving well below the normal driver on diverge, they were very literally following every single traffic law and it's even shown in the video. Stopping at Red lights, stop signs, etc.

Regardless, if they did allegedly ram you, ramming them back still has its own consequences.

They were making a left turn when you very clearly intentionally rammed their vehicle from behind. They then attempted to pull you over in their vehicle and gave chase once you ran, attempting several times to pit/immobilize you.

As you can see the officers are visible in the car and they asked you to pull over. Instead speeding off. I'm sure you could make the argument you 'did not hear them' but I Digress, especially since officers names are globally recognizable (no F3 needed)

Once you were immobilized the Officers exited the vehicle and surrounded the car, weapons drawn, ordering you to exit the vehicle. As your car was immobilized and multiple officers drew weapons/tazers fearrp here would apply. The officer saw that you continued to press the gas in an attempt to escape, attempting to break/not follow fearRP. At which point he shot your tire to further immobilize the vehicle. Note that these shots were not directed at you nor did they damage you. At this point you would easily know these were officers as you were surrounded so the excuse that they chased you in a 'civilian vehicle' holds no ground. You exited the vehicle, whipped out your colt commando (issued by the state of New York) and opened fire on a Uniformed Officer. It wasn't self defense.

All your actions in the situation led up to the consequence of being killed and PK'ed. Not to mention the disconnect after death but that's irrelevant to the PK itself.

It's incredibly clear cut, believing they were in the wrong initially doesn't give you the right to murder them without consequence.
