Reason for PK: Don's orders from another faction "Invalid reason"



Why should you be unPK'd?: I would like to dispute this because I haven't done anything to the people/faction nor any harm to them. This PK goes against the PK guidelines there has been no escalation in conflict as it would be required to PK another member of a faction. 

PK's require direct proof for the PK, I haven't done any harm to them or have any actions towards them. If there is direct proof I would like that to be shared to me because it seems like a personal vendetta against this faction or a OOC vendetta agaisnt my faction.

You were pked for another reason not once did we say dons orders ( The admin got it mixed up he’s not the one who approved it he just watched over it) It was approved by UA for another complete valid reason.

I see that you fail to realize that when you made a ticket requesting the reason I very much stated "Physical harm to another faction"
The faction that spearheaded this PK can respond, and then they can explain the full reason as to why they initiated a PK on you. Blame Pendred, not me, for I am but the messenger.

Well 1st of I don't know what you are talking about "Physical harm to another faction" since I don't know the faction and I haven't had any interactions with them and I require evidence.

To add something up to what I said if you are basing reasons off from "DISCORD" and its "MEMBER LIST" and UA is considering the discord member list to be IC this is just ridiculous. Think about it in the 80's is there a bulletin board saying that these are the member of the faction? I would get it if its discord messages but this is something different. You do not know me in game nor I never had any interactions with your faction nor IC you never known my rank in the Organization I'm working for and the reasons I think I know most of it as of I heard and all I can see is Discord Roleplay basing off people by their roles, names, and metagaming their connections through discord. I will not disclose the reason in this public and possibly IC forum thread but I don't know how did you found out this man is connected to a organization without having any IC proof other than looking at his discord roles.

Hiya sir, in no way was a discord members list used. We have a variety of ways in whitch we found out about yourself and Paulie, as well as others in your faction. I won't post them here as I do not wish for these sources to be leaked on a public thread. However, we very much IC found out.

That does not address the most important point that I did not harm your faction directly. The PK reason doesn't make any sense, as such there is no grounds to find out who I am to begin with. The proof you said "We know" isn't enough proof for a PK and it is just hearsay.

This PK appeal has been dragged out for a week and I would appreciate if UA responds or atleast try to dispute this because I can see this situation is managed poorly I'm sorry to say but it is. Not a single response from UA atleast letting me or a friend of mine that made a similar PK appeal that this matter is being discussed or dealt with. We just want to get over this because this is wasting OOC and IC time of other people, If UA can read this I hope you understand the situation and respond that would be greatly appreciated.
