Reason for PK: Dying in a shootout

Why should you be unPK'd?: This all goes back to when I left Colombo earlier today, I made a ticket with Upper Administration and Pendred himself confirmed that I wouldn't be pked in any reason correlated to the leaving situation. Today I went into the silvertounge to RP and we were drinking and shit, they locked the door and said why don't you go in the back with guns drawn. The server crashed and I had to go back in that chracter as it would be LTARP if I went on my other (police) chracter. And I aimed a SW M39 at a Colombo infront of the doors head and said OPEN THE DOOR About 25 seconds prior to the other guys logging on. He literally walked away and FearRP'd the situation. If he opened the door before they came back I would be out and alive perfectly fine and the shootout would never happen. As he refused to open the door I aimed a gun at another guy's head in the bar and told him to open the door, they basicially all stalled the situation and waited for their gunman to relog. The video evidence I have proves the point that I aimed a gun at the doormans head. He can't be afk as he was MOVING in the situation. If he opened the door before the others logged on I would have walked to the Tire shop which I have door access to as Sansenzekai and have escaped.

Metagame: Its not metagame Ramo is literally not in the game and I'm asking him for advice lmao, also if we "metagamed" everyone inside would be dead and I would be led out.

-1 Looks like a clean pk and Technically you were an associate in our faction and that gives us more than enough reasons to pk you after you left and also in that video you can here them over discord trying to help him isn't there a new rule for that????

Associates are not due to PK after leaving, check my proof Pendred said they can't pk me as a associate. Trying to help who? I was speaking to Ramo and he literally said he isn't on that is all, the other guy was in a deal. Also stop telling your streetbosses to beg people to -1 it.

**It was an OOC Situation there of a reflex literally saying come break me out, he wouldn't be able to they both weren't logged in. Also that doesn't change the fact that I aimed a gun at the guys face and he just walked away**

If we wanna go off of what should've happened then you should've been dead, server crash saved you during an RP situation

I do not know who you are do not reply, I logged on to the EXACT same chracter to RP... If the server didn't crash a shootout wouldn't happen and the most they could do was to mug me
