-1 Everything you did before this happened warranted a pk anyways. Pendred/Upper UA gave you a pass at first but that all went away when you re-instigated it, And not only that but had the audacity to post a video proving your own pk on the appeal. Guess what fear rp doesn't apply as soon as you start shooting and after you started shooting, he moved. Which also means you started the shooting. Pendred also said the pk reasons were valid, so what's done is done.

considering you were the one that had the audacity to walk away with a gun drawn to your head I don’t suggest speaking. Only reason I logged back on was because I was being mugged when server started. FearRP does apply when someone aims a gun at you and you clearly heard me say OPEN THE DOOR and decided to stall it. You’re the one in the wrong here. If server didnt crash you wouldnt be in a gunfight. I can also get you counter pked as I killed you in the gunbattle too lol

Your getting me mixed up with another guy. I was not the person blocking the door nor was I the person that got downed. Hello, from what i have gathered, it seems the original reason for the PK is deemed valid. Regardless if you're part of the faction or not, harming crime family members provides them grounds for a PK, as per listed in the PK guidelines. While the doorman can be faulted for not following FearRP originally, it should be noted that FearRP nullifies when you injure the person.
