Why should you be unbanned? I "ran" over the officer who was originally chasing me in his marked dodge monaco trying to pull me over for wreckless driving and also harmed me and my car in the process, so when I saw him standing still I ran the officer over with my car so it was a sort of self defense, I had died to the officer prior to that while trying to escape from other officers so it was not a direct kill.
