Hello,
So I took a ticket for RDM in which I watched a video of a man shooting you in a shootout and about a minute later you returning. In the video I didn't see anybody chasing you in a vehicle but I did see you missing the cop, reversing, and hitting the cop and another man who was standing near him.
Due to the NLR nature of this incident I concluded that you had killed the cop for no reason and broken NLR in the process.
