Reason for ban: OOC talk on Vc
Length of ban: 2 days
Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I apologize for the offense as I didn’t know that the rule was strictly enforced now and I’ve been trying to adjust to the more enforced now rule in the server and I was asking Winston Yu about if there’s a petition template or anything specific for the petition to be valid for rp reasons to avoid Failrp in any means and I asked someone for his discord in game on vc by mistake still trying to adjust to the stricter enforced rules and I don’t like to do typing /looc a lot because it’s slow and I want to be quick of what I’m asking so I can go on my day on the server to do my own stuff. I think a two day ban is highly unfair for OOC talk, yes I had 9 POs but those are mostly NLR and fearrp stuff but a 2 day ban is excessive and snakes sense for it to be a 1 or 3 hour ban at best for a first OOC VC talk offense
Why should you be unbanned?
I’ve always followed the server rules a lot and would sometimes do stuff that is unintentional like this current offense that I got banned for and always complied to what staff says a lot, I wasn’t given a warning to stop or even been told that I was going to be banned, I was banned after I left the server to get ready for school and not notifying a person of their upcoming ban shouldn’t be a thing to let a ban happen if they weren’t notified in game or discord dms.
