Put the delay for <40 players to not happening (only if an vehicle explodes) (This will help a lot with Eu players)
and when its above 40 but below 80 put it at 17/20 minutes (Since 30 bags from drug processor takes 15 minutes which will be the most time you leave ye car parked)
80+ = regular 5 minutes (Unless the one above wont make an issue)
