So just going to make this known Paul had nothing to do with your ban, if he broke rules make sure to make a player report.

The reason I had banned you was due to the fact that you had shot me in the face over calling you gay, and according to killing rule #2, "You may not kill someone or escalate a confrontation to murder just for verbal disrespect/argument." You had killed me over calling you gay, which is not allowed and a rule that many players have been punished for in the past. If someone ever does kill you because you insulted them, then that's a rulebreak and it needs to be reported.

I agree that i have went over the line in killing you, I personally seen this happen way to many times so i never thought it would be against the rules. But you never brought me to a sit to explain to me what i did wrong and what punishment i would have gotten, You could've at least brought me to a sit and told me im getting banned. You just bluntly banned me with no warning, Apart from that im quite sure you had to bring me to a sit if i am wrong correct me. You your self came up to me and started calling me gay and when i said "Do that again and see what happens" you continued doing it. You asked to be shot basically.

Quick reminder that no FearRP was applied, so you saying "Do that again and see what happens" would not scare me ICly since you weren't threatening me with anything but words. Also, you should know that you can't just merk someone for disrespect, you were former staff, no? It's an obvious rule and I will slightly apologize for not taking you to a sit, but you did blatantly break a rule. VERY blatantly, which is why I felt no need for a sit.

As a staff member you should understand that most people have to be brought to a sit. Its quite obvious that i want to become staff and have a faction, so there is no reason for me at all to just shoot you in the face and break all rules. The only reason i did shoot you is cause once again i never seen that rule in effect, never seen anyone get banned by that rule, i have been killed multiple times by multiple people for insulting them, banning me straight away without a sit or anything is very strange. Apart from that once again, i gave you a threat. You can see i have a weapon on my back, But you continued to push me until you got shot, If you ban me for that situation, you should ban the rest of the server too tbh as everyone else would do the exact same thing.
