I don't recommend lying.
I was noclipped and watched you run up to three men, two black one white at their shopfront near town hall. They killed you in some sort of confrontation and you immediately respawned and returned to them (NLR). They killed you once more for breaking NLR.
You then proceeded, as I decided to follow you around in clip, you went to the gun store and bought a snub. You then went to their shop front and waited inside the telephone booth outside their building for 5 to 10 minutes. Once the men returned they noticed you had returned and engaged you verbally telling you to leave, etc etc. You and the two men began arguing about rule breaks and OOC issues on Mic along the sidewalk until you pulled a weapon and open fired.
You struggled to kill the two men but downed one, the second one stood still taunting you verbally as you ducked into an alley to reload and pop back out to shoot then remaining man who was standing still.
As per the rules you MUST have a valid reason to kill someone. These reasons do NOT include disrespect or an argument, nor may you use OOC info/beef in IC. Meaning this was pure RDM.

EDIT: You also verbally solicited two or more other users for a 'hit'. Asking to either have them kill those users, or to borrow a gun in order to kill them (RDM+NLR)
