Hello, unfortunately dying by initiating a gunfight with law enforcement personnel can lead to a PK. The issue of the police officers not stating the reason of your arrest is more of an Internal Affairs issue rather than an OOC one. Usually, players are advised to follow up the arrest and either file a report to the PD's own Internal Affairs department or pursue legal action, should you feel their actions are a breach of their standard operating procedures. While understandably so as to why certain players may choose to initiate a gunfight due to possession of contraband/etc, such action taken comes with a price.
