Hello, since I was the staff member that issued the PK, I will now explain why
You were PKed under this guideline
"When joining a criminal faction all users understand and partake in the risk of being PK'ed as is the nature of being a criminal. Members of a faction who break their IC code of conduct or run risk to the faction can be ordered killed by the faction leader. See below."
This PK is quite clear cut, so Il'l explain the backstory to it briefly.
The Don of the crime family you were in, had requested a PK on you, for breaking faction rules, relations, and many more issues. You being in their faction makes you liable to get PKed if the Don approves it, this could have been for you breaking faction rules, or generally not obeying HC, or the reasons I stated above. I accepted this PK under that guideline, and you were then brought to a place, and PKed.
