Hello, I am the staff member that removed your flags. The reason was you literally constructed a Rocket League
field in the water on a floating platform - https://imgur.com/a/qtx0hbp. Sadly this is the only screenshot I could get.

Usually, this would be a warning, however, you have 2 other notes for the same thing, which is why they were blacklisted.
