Alright, so looking into the logs for all of this I can get a solid picture of what happened. First to address Seb's claims.
Of the screenshot Draggy provided, 2 out of the 3 men killed there were unarmed, and neither had died so it's impossible they were under NLR. In fact one of them had just logged on and loaded their character 5 minutes and 39 seconds prior to the altercation.
Concerning the sit, Administrators are not required to provide sits if they find the case clear cut, obviously you may disagree with this or their final decision but that's why these appeals exist, and I can see how it looked from a staff member's perspective here. They are only human after all.
As for all the testimonies prior it does seem this was a case of 'mistaken identity' a little gun ho aren't we. However, I do recognize you attempting to abide by the rules following your unban, I'd recommend maybe being a little less trigger happy.
I will give you the benefit of the doubt, I don't want to look at the ban list and see your name there again however.
For now I'll be reducing the ban to 2 days for RDM x2.
