While recognizing his flaws (which every staff member and player does), I have seen him be able to handle situations maturely and with reason. I appreciate the honesty in his application to mention that he "can have a temper" and his response that "I am able to stay professional and collected even in stressful/tense situations if it is asked from me (also necessary on my actual job). My ability to be objective and not biased in any way is also a big plus in my sight." is accurate from what I have experienced over the course of knowing him for a year.
Diverge needs more staff that consist of its player base that understands the players needs. Serge has proven himself to be an understanding individual with his multiple role play characters (being City Councilor twice) and being apart of the and encouraging the fun role play environment. His record is clean, his RP is sharp, and his character is morally sound. I personally trust that he can do the job well and take care of the players on the server.
