Hello, I am the person you arrested and who you stole the oil from. We PKED you due to the undisputed fact that you maliciously stole legal oil from your prisoner. Oil is legal and should never be confiscated off a prisoner unless the oil itself was used in a crime. You claim that you took it because “you could use it to slip out the gaps in the cells”, We all know that this is impossible and I believe you are making this up to justify your corrupt actions. It was also rather suspicious that you disconnected from the server right after taking the oil. As a supervisor in the NYPD you should be competent enough to know not to do stuff like that. We asked you multiple times to give us back the oil however, you refused and all my lawyers can testify to this.
I know it is frustrating as this is obviously a character you played on a lot. This was noting personal against you man and I think you are a very nice and funny person. Whatever the outcome of this appeal is, I won’t hold a grudge against you and hopefully we can put this in the past ?
