I as Commissioner of the NYPD call this PK bullshit, you can confiscate any item that can be used to escape custody and I know for a fact that people are definetly going to use any excuse to get themselves out of jail. Furthermore as I remember you need proof for a PK and just him stealing it from you is not proof enough.

Witnesses to something are not proof enough

The hole Gollo thing should not be taken as a point to judge, due to it being done for other reasons, that I don't want to state in here.

Lastly PKing an Senior Officer for stealing two barrels of oil is the most bullshites reason I have ever seen, those two barrels are not expensive, then the watch Chu Ming had, which had street value of 1mil. Rommullus also made a bad call, by accepting a PK hit ON A POLICEMAN for two barrels of oil. From the looks of it, it seems to me that Irn Bru and Romullus were just PK hungry to get a cop killed.
