I as Commissioner of the NYPD call this PK bullshit, you can confiscate any item that can be used to escape custody and I know for a fact that people are definetly going to use any excuse to get themselves out of jail. Furthermore as I remember you need proof for a PK and just him stealing it from you is not proof enough.

The hole Gollo thing should not be taken as a point to judge, due to it being done for other reasons, that I don't want to state in here.

Lastly PKing an Senior Officer for stealing two barrels of oil is the most bullshites reason I have ever seen, those two barrels are not expensive, then the watch Chu Ming had, which had street value of 1mil. Rommullus also made a bad call, by accepting a PK hit ON A POLICEMAN  for two barrels of oil. From the looks of it, it seems to me that Irn Bru and Romullus were just PK hungry to get a cop killed.

If someone believe they can carry any legal item with them in the jailcells, then they can have chain saws and items to cut though the bars of the jail

Again, I did take the oil, but I have seen no proof that I refused to give it back rather than just people saying it. I've heard there's chat logs of it, but I haven't seen a single thing. It's also 5-6 of them V.s. Me, so just my word is not going to outmatched all of theirs'. But at the end of Georges' statement, he said that if someone can can carry anything legal on them then they can just carry a chainsaw into the cells, that also goes with guns too. Yeah, if you have a valid license, its legal, but I am still going to confiscate is because it can be used for malicious intent. 
Overall, I agree with everything George has said, I can understand why their "mad" over oil, but like I said before, it's a bit dramatic to just immediately result to murdering an officer for it.
