While I find it commendable that the applicant admits to having potential temper issues, I don't find they may have under control enough to staff in an unbiased manner. Just while the application has been up I've witnessed the applicant argue with/swearing at staff in a hostile manner. These are the people he'd be potentially working with, coordinating with and making decisions with, let alone an aggravating or problematic player who will do everything to push a staff member's buttons.
While I have no doubt in the applicant's ability to read, follow and comprehend rules, I'd like to see improvements in attitude and emotional control. The proven ability to mature or moderate their own temper at will is an essential quality of a moderator.
I understand the applicant says this will not affect their staffing, but I'd like to see it in practice first.
