Aswell in situations of war you cannot assume what his thoughts was, its one thing that its RDM on book. But why would a person who is sure someone is an enemy and shoots him, should have to be pked?

Also, his pk would have made a lot of sense if he died, it could be considered as not caring for your life.
If our guys can't get un PK'ed for RDM, yours shouldn't be able to either

^this is someone who hasn't been on in months and got killed cause he looked like someone who hasn't been on for months.

You have completly misunderstood the situation. This has nothing to do with ppl being rdmed and pked by ppl in the war. We also have lost ppl that were pked randomly, but I am not complaining about that. Please re read this thread.
