Hello,
To clarify, a pk was ordered by your don for being a threat to the stability of the faction. Knowing that your faction was going through some ruff times, I had contacted UA. They agreed with the pk.
Aswell,
"Along with this I believe that the user who shot me didn't ICly identify me, but rather used his past character knowledge to his advantage. I can confirm he doesn't have my F3, nor did I identify myself to this individual."
This is an invalid argument for your unpk. They only performed the hit, they didnt order it. They dont need to know you ICly to kill you. Higher members can Identify you and supply the hitman with necessary information.
