-1s me because i pointed out a flaw with his faction. and i left the server because i was bored and was tired of UA. plus i was generous enough to leave you the entire faction and about 2 million dollars, and we were definitely not inactive by any means

Well, you didn't point out a flaw. You just said that "they all end the same", when that is actually completely false. One was removed for inactivity, the other, I got bored due to the exceeding amount of autism coming from other factions that I at that moment was bored of dealing with.

You were generous to leave me the faction, which was more active than SDE by a mile. Averaging around 4-5 people on during the day time, with around 9-12 people on during weekend nights, which your faction never had achieved. Your faction would maybe have 1-2 people on during the day at most, and maybe 4-5 at night. SDE was inactive and barely anybody would be on sometimes, and even your own former members said that themselves. 

I am not here to argue, it's just my opinion and -1 are both completely validated and truthful. I just decided to leave my opinion on here after you left yours on mine.
