I do believe this ban is justified. Because its common knowledge to not just walk around and randomly kill someone. And as for punch minge, it's also common roleplay knowledge to not walk around and just punch people you see.

I hope this helps you familiarize yourself a little bit better with the rules even if you didn't know. Now you should,
