Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I have been playing Diverge for well over a year now. I haven't once intended to break rules and I have been very clear with that over my time here. I have been speaking with DaScheeze about the situation and I have understood and listened to what took place. I shot a guy who was harassing my establishment but there was no clear evidence on that situation. The evidence was very vague which led to the moderator deciding on the outcome even when given little evidence.
Why should you be unbanned? After I was banned, DaScheeze witnessed the people make the same ticket after harassing the establishment again. With this taking place, we spoke and concluded these guys were minging and fucking about. From what I did, it was not maybe the best outcome possible however it was not worthy of a ban because the gentlemen were clearly trying to bait me and my co-workers.
