Luprano Crime Family (redone app)

I'm neutral on this one. On one hand, I think that y'all are really good roleplayers and I've enjoyed my time rping with you guys on the server. On the other hand, this would be your, what, third or fourth time back? I think after two times of being removed for inactivity, I think there should be made room for new factions to thrive on the server because history seems to repeat itself.
