+1, the High Command are fairly competent players with experience in other HC postions. They are bringing more RP expierences to the server with their boxing ringing and other entertainment services.
Spoopi has grown a lot since his beginning on Diverge as the infamous Harry Gold and The Wandering Jew. I believe he should be given the chance to run a faction.
