So as the head of detectives, I am here to clear things up.

No. I nor did any other command demote Giovani Maroni.

No IA investigations were placed upon him.

Directing Detectives towards factions for crime detection is HOW DETECTIVES work. If this PK stands, it contradicts the Cole John PK Appeal
