Reason for ban: RDM | NITRP | Lying to staff | Extensive POs history
Length of ban: 2 weeks
Reason for appeal (dispute/apology): I feel like H445 is biased towards me, and I didn't like his attitude during the sit. He only accepted one side of the story an didn't acknowledge or understand any points I brought up. I was banned for "RDM" when I only killed one person, and it was because of a mix-up after someone that looked very similar to him had killed my friend. I offered to compensate the victim personally. There was then another person brought to the sit (one that reported, and had lost absolutely nothing after he died) that I didn't even kill, yet H445 claimed I had killed him. Obviously I said I didn't kill him (since that was the truth, and the logs can show it.) All of my past offenses are SEVERAL months old, some even dating back years, and it was because I was hanging around the wrong group of players on the server, I've definitely changed since then. I received a warning yesterday for roleplaying gang initiation in which i had to kill someone to receive membership into the crew, which I also feel like shouldn't have happened.
Why should you be unbanned?: Past offenses are extremely outdated, H445 didn't listen to my story and claimed I was lying, when I was telling the truth, I didn't RDM anyone, and blatantly stated it was a misunderstanding. I've all intent to RP on Diverge and have been doing so the past 2 days.
