I understand your situation but we cannot just accept pk appeals based on a person IRL situation. Your character was new, I have no doubt that you can rebuild what you had. There is nothing that stops you from playing the server.
I would also advise that you read the server rules to avoid getting in bad situations.
You cannot leave a family without approval to then join a new one.
We have determined this PK to be reasonable and/or justified.
You may not re-appeal this PK.
