Reason for PK: Initiating a shootout with a cop; died as a result
Why should you be unPK'd?: I know a lot of people say this, and it shouldn't be deemed as right, but as a start of this appeal, I would just like to say that I'm sorry. I misunderstood the situation and the person I killed, I thought, stole my car. A few minutes before I was about to get arrested, somebody stole my car. I looked around and I found the same exact person who stole my car, in the vehicle that I had. When I asked the person to get out of the vehicle with a mac-11, he tried to run me over, making me think he was trying to get out of the situation by making a drive for it. I killed him in front of a police officer, and I explained to the officer that the suspect I killed stole my vehicle and that I had a license. He asked me to unlock/lock the vehicle, however I could not unlock it. Again, this may be an excuse, but I made a mistake. Instead of complying with the officer when he said I was under arrest for murder, I made a run for it. One of the two officers that were chasing me brought out a taser, which made me bring out a gun, and I opened fire. They killed me before I could kill any of them, and that's where I messed up, for the second time. Doing that made me possible of getting pked, so I did "@admins Hey I have a quick question so can you bring me so I can ask you." The administrator, Vex, brought me to the top of a roof and I explained the situation to him, and he said if the officers made a ticket I would in fact be pked. He brought me back to where I was, but I asked him on discord in dms that if they report me, can you tell me. That same minute that I asked him, I got brought to the same roof top with Vex, but not just us, with the police officer. The officer reported me and I then got pked. I know there is not a doubt that I broke the rules, and it is the moderator/administrator's duty to get rid of rulebreakers, but I had just started to get used to the game as I started to play again yesterday for the first time in months. I also would not like to ruin the time for my friends as they had just let me into their faction and had just started to meet everyone there, and I would not like to have them live with an embarrassment such as this. I will make sure that I will not break any more rules, and I will roleplay as pleasantly as possible. I have double checked the pk rules after this event, and not only do I know not to do this again, I will provide a better experience for both myself, and others around me.
