Banned for Killing Someone

You were banned due to a player report that was filed against you. He was telling you to stop harassing his friend, you followed up with pulling out your gun and shooting him.

While you did have him at gun point, you didn't give him enough time to leave at all. Which would mean that's RDM.
I did end up taking the sit in-game that was regarding the baiting, and the person was punished for it, but even if all of this happened because of him, doesn't make it okay.
One rule break does not make another rule break fine, I want you to understand that.

One hundred percent, I understand in which why a ban was given, and by no means am I trying to justify me killing him. As seen by my hours and playtime on the server, I am still a relatively new player.

I completely respect your opinion and judgment; I am just hoping there's a chance this can be appealed, with it only being my first offense and something that stemmed from a situation in which baiting was involved - As mentioned on Discord Direct Messages, a situation like this will never arise again, I learned my lesson, and I can assure you such problem won't happen in the future, a chance to get this appealed and come back on actively would be nice though.

The issue stemmed from both sides, as you know, and seen his friend was baiting us, and that whole situation arose from that, he received a note, I received a ban. I understand the justification for the ban since it was a player report, and player reports on the forums are dealt with more severely. Still, a chance to prove that I want to be formidable, and a good member of this community, would go a long way.
